CTIA IEEE - 1625 and 1725 Battery Certification
The Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) manages a program to permit operators and their suppliers to validate a Lithium Ion battery's compliance with the:
- IEEE Standard for Rechargeable Batteries for Cellular Telephones, IEEE Std 1725™ - 2006
- IEEE Standard for Rechargeable Batteries for Multi-Cell Mobile Computing Devices, IEEE Std 1625™ - 2008
